Hey guys! Last week of internship this week!!! Woot~ I'm actually excited despite me having to go back on June and pay back the hours I missed... (-.-") I still feel really relieved that I'm done with at least one thing and just a few steps more before summer!!! I'm super super happy!!!

Okay so recently I've been seeing the infamous mouse around the shops and magazines! Well not all shops but I saw him in Vivi as well! Now in all honesty before this Mickey boom has begun I've been wanting a shirt with him on since forever!!! (Last year probably...) But as usual luck was never really on my side...

Seriously though Mickey & Minnie are one of the most fashionable and fun Items must have!!! Well let's not forget the whole disney cast now shall we? (^A~)v

Now for the D&G Spring 2010 line~ I know it took me a while to post it and spring is nearly over but... but! Since were talking about the infamous mouse let me show you guys anyway!

D&G Spring 2010 Southwest Inspired~

I seriously LOVE this ensemble!!! Seriously from the top to bottom!

I just remembered Lena wore the exact same outfit in Vivi~

Now I'm not a fan of this outfit but hey~ Mickey & Minnie are there! (-w-)

I went to Brown Thomas a few weeks ago and never really took notice of the ensemble that the D&G mannequin had on for show. But then after a few trips back I realized wow... I love that style... Yes I love all of what the mannequin had to offer!!! Sadly I didn't manage to take a pic but if I do visit Brown Thomas I'll make sure to take a pic but let me show you what "it"wore anyway from the D&G catalogue:

It wore this lovely denim blouse opened half way and underneath it was a Mickey&Minnie shirt~

Similarly to this both shirt and denim blouse are tucked in under this lovely mini ruffled skirt add on that lovely belt~!

On a closer inspection of the belt~ I seriously want this belt!!!! (♥3♥)

It's similar to this! Only difference is underneath there's a Minnie&Mickey shirt, the denim blouse had trimmed lace on the shoulders and instead of a long ruffled skirt it's a short mini ruffled one~ I'll take a pic next time no worries!

Mac + Vivienne Westwood~

Hello everyone! Didn't have any internship today due to the bank holiday and I ended up slacking off and was a total slob monster. I feel really guilty since I don't like not doing anything productive~ (=.=)

Anyways, last night I decided to join a competition which really consists of you taking a picture of yourself and competing against other people with nicer pictures. Who ever gets the most votes wins~ So it was all fine since I took lots and lots of pictures and ended up picking 4. Since the event allowed you to submit only 1. I had to ask Mica, a friend of mine to help me pick. We decided on one, but she suggested for me to take another one with a whole new different mind set.

So I decided to do so, which ended up me putting on a different make up, curling my hair, putting on ribbons on my hair and such. It took us around 3 am to finish and it took as until 4 to decide which to submit and oh the irony we ended up with the first pic in mind before the whole ordeal... Now that was done I woke up at 10 which was not bad at all BUT stayed in bed until 4

(-.-) so really I didn't do much...

And I did swear to myself to get started with my writings~ sorry guys m(_ _)m it will definitely be out this month though.

On sunday, after a 1 week contemplating of wether to buy lashes or not. I ended up buying one! And mind you with no regrets!!! I love them!!! I bought the most recommended ones from magazines that I read. Although I do have to say I did regret buying the glue for it... Since it costed me 10 euros!!! Whereas I could get 2 euros for a decent one~ (_ _")

A simple laid back ensemble that I threw on in a rush...

The hat that I bought from last year in H&M, it's a brown color not green it's the fluorescent lights~ SO don't be deceived (^A^)

Mac Eyelash No. 7!!! It costs 11.50 euros which in my opinion is not bad at all! Considering how Macs are known for their good quality in cosmetics~

Yep me wearing the said Eyelashes!!! I heart it~ (♥.♥)

Mac eyelashes are surprisingly light in comparison to the other eyelashes that I've tried which made my eyes grow weary because of their weight! (-.-")

Overall I would definitely recommend Mac to people who are looking for good quality eyelashes and lightweight for everyday use~ People have been telling me about Shu Uemura, I have yet to try them. But I will sometime soon~! If anyone owns a Shu Uemura eyelash give me a shout~

Also bagged this Vivienne Westwood Boudoir Sin Garden Perfume since it was about time that I needed a perfume. My other perfume should be gone in a few days time so I needed a new one to replace it. Actually I'm not a fan of Vivienne Westwood when it comes to their perfume collection. I just never really liked the smell... There was one that I tried on before that smelled like insecticide... It was horrible it totally put me off their range of fragrance.

I was actually thinking of buying Black XS by Paco Rabanne it's a lovely addictive sweet scent that lasts for the whole day with just a few spray!!! I love it soo much and it remains as my number one choice in fragrances! Since I love perfumes that lasts and stays on your skin for the whole day without refreshing again and again.

But then it was one of those days that I wanted to try and change my scent for a while and try a different fragrance. Hence I stumbled upon Vivienne Westwood, I wasn't really willing but one of the sales ladies went up to me and gave me a spray. I found it not bad at all, and since it was just going to be for my everyday internship needs. I thought why not?

This wallet came with the perfume~ not bad at all right? *(^o^)*

Oh since I already mentioned it, might as well ask you guys if there are any good and long lasting perfumes that you recommend. Leave me a message~!

Cotton Cloud Summer Debut + Busy Days~

Oh gawd~ I apologize for not blogging for almost a month now. Ugh things had been hectic during internship... And I got a bonus on my first day in ICU, my CPC (Clinical Placement Co-ordinator - they are the people who guide us and look after us in the hospital since there are no teachers there. So basically they're like "teachers" note the open/close quote) looked like as if she wanted to eat me for basically not knowing what was going on... Well hell, how would I?! It was my frickin first day! I didn't even get a chance to look at the patient properly... Jeez~ I hate her really, whenever I see her face a dark dark cloud just suddenly appears above my head... (=_=)

Moving on to a better topic! I've been wanting to announce since forever that Nozomi was going to open her own fashion line called "Cotton Cloud". I just never got to it, I kept on forgetting plus with my schedule I never had a chance. You know the way how Nozomi loves her Maron-chan and Luna-chan so much~ Cotton Cloud are clothes for ladies and clothes + accessories for your little baby doggies that are designed by Nozomi herself. At the moment it seems to be geared more so towards your pups, but she does have some for us (ladies) but there's not much choices compared to the pups.

Nozomi has been advertising her Line in her blog since last month. To everyone who idolizes her like me~ her Cotton Cloud is now open! Cotton Cloud's summer debut started today via Internet Shopping! 笑っていいとも! Guest Nozomi~

Yesterday, Nozomi was featured in 笑っていいとも!(Waratte Iitomo!) wearing her designed dress and hat which are both up for sale now online! It's simple and lovely but really expensive though I have to say. I love her style and I did visit her online shop and looked at things that were available.

So at the moment those are the three dresses that captivate me right away when I visited her shop. I love dresses, laces, and ribbons! She has all of those elements in most of her dresses and style there for I love it~

Now with regards to her design, it's simple and pretty casual, light and easy on the eyes. It's really really simple and casual which is good for people who don't want to stand out too much but want to remain in style. However, when it comes down to the price. I don't think I'll be spending 100 euros for a dress that simple... Really it's too ordinary for a 100 euro...

I know that she's famous and all that jazz but really you can buy something that simple half price in either zara or h&m. I LOVE HER DESIGNS and everything I applaud her for that but the price was really disappointing and shocking. It's just too much for those kinds of designs...

But then again everyone has their own opinions right? So tell me what you guys think!

Yukina Kinoshita~

Well, tomorrow's my last day of the week in my Geriatrics Internship and thus 2 weeks left!!! Wee!!! I'm actually happy!!! Because 2 weeks left of Geriatrics + 1 week of ICU + 1 week of CCU + 2 weeks of maternity = 6 weeks left of Internship before Summer!!!

Well... I have to pay back the one month I took... So not summer yet for me... But at least it's at theatre so I'm a little happy~ (-3-)

A few friends of mine planned to have a picnic by the beach this friday. But the weather seems to be against us. For the week last week we had lots and lots of pretty sunshiney days which made me really happy! I mean Spring finally came through after all that snow!!! But then all of a sudden after our plans were made, since monday and up until this morning it was snowing... Seriously! Snowing during Spring!!! (-_-") it annoyed me soo much...

SO I don't know what will happen by then, if the weather turns out to be good this Friday we might go ahead if not then it's cancelled... *Fingers Crossed for the sun to come out and play*

Anyways~ I don't know but I've been noticing Yukina since Pinky way back before it was her face that captivated me not her style from what I remember. I think it was how her eyes were small but despite her small eyes she still looked somewhat different? I think that's what got my attention. Like she had her own smile that included those smiling eyes of hers. She's one of those pretty faced girls~

Because with Nozomi and Rina (Lena) I noticed their styles first then it proceeded to their faces that naturally I came to love. But it was their style that caught my attention in the very beginning. So I should say that Yukina was the first model who caught my attention by her face. But in my opinion if I compare Yukina to both Nozomi and Rina I don't think she's as pretty as they are now. I guess I could be biased because I love both Nozomi and Rina to bits~

But anyway, Mari and I were discussing about the models that we admired. Mari was more of a Zipper fan and she mentioned one of the models that she liked, that I absolutely cannot remember (^_^") then I told her I really like Nozomi. She just looked at me with this "What the hell?" face. She asked me, "what do you like about Nozomi?" I just told her "Her face, it's just so pretty you know like really really pretty and her style is great!". She just looked at me with a (-~-) hmm face.

So naturally one would ask what's with the face, and she just told me. "Did you know Nozomi was a Yanki before?" Well I did, and told her that I know I even saw a few pictures of her before modeling and she really was a Yanki but she's different now though. There's a big change in her style. But for some reason Mari seemed to have this prejudice about Yankis.

Then I told her about considering Yukina Kinoshita. She looked at me with big surprised eyes, telling me not to even go there. She claimed that Yukina was a Yanki before as well and it was disgusting. (^o^) she made me laugh seriously, she even went as far as to tell me that Yukina wasn't even Japanese to begin with. She was actually Korean because in her previous profile some photographer took a shot of her CV when she was still working in a clothes shop. Her name wasn't Japanese. She only changed it when she was able to (In Japan foreign people who live there for a certain time become Citizens and can change their name into a Japanese Name). I guess it's the same for Suzuki Emi (she's Chinese).

March Issue of Non-no

Now in all honesty I knew about Nozomi's past, but I didn't know about Yukina I just couldn't care less? I knew about Emi as well. But the fact that Mari was trying so hard just to make me not consider Yukina at all made me laugh~ Although when I was watching this TV show the other day with Gackt and few famous people. They were playing a game and Yukina was in it with a fellow model. She did have that little Yanki-poi like accent, the way she spoke gave it away. I guess she still hasn't change that part of her?

I did consider her as one of my favorites but in the end I dropped it. For some reason there are some shots that I love her face but some I don't plus her style wasn't any where near my kind. So it's really hard for me to like her that much. I guess for me it can't just be because she's pretty it has to be her style as well. Yukina without mistake is feminine but with a lot more edge, more strong and challenging. But my style is more on the dolly feminine soft, sweet, kind and cute image. So our styles really collide with one another.

Window Shopping Rush Cooking for the Sick~

Ugh~ I'm so annoyed... My face is full of allergies!!! I can't believe I'm allergic to NUTELLA BREAD SPREAD!!! It was soo goood tooo~(T//T) My face is soo itchy and red...

Anyways~

Today I went out to look for H&M's Garden Collection! I was hoping to get a flowery sun dress that costs 10 euro! It's a good price for me since I'm really bankrupt at this stage. Today I went to the new H&M located near St. Stephen's Green. I have to say I never expected to see the shop full of people. It's not TOO full but it's not similar on a normal day basis. Everyone was looking around the Garden Collection and picking up dresses they like/size then run straight to the changing rooms. Leaving slow people like me with less choices to feast on~

I was hoping to get my hands on this one!

But I didn't find any of it, the one that was left was the black version which was this one~ I tried to roam around for a little bit but to no avail. None~ I guess it was already gone before I went in? Since there were a lot of people in there today.

I even went as far as to go to a different branch which was located in city centre near Jervis. It was quite a walk when you're actually short for time. And well guess what... THAT BRANCH DIDN'T HAVE ANY GARDEN COLLECTION AT ALL! That really drove me mad, WHY?! H&M right? I just don't get it... I thought all branches would have it... It makes me wonder if they released their collection in dundrum... Because the last week that I went there, there was no garden collection at all~ It just really annoyed the hell out of me...

I've been looking at their catalogue on the net so I kind of know which one to take and try. *(^o^)* it's like preparing for battle. I wish I was this enthusiastic during my Internship~

I've also spotted this pretty lovely dress way back, but I didn't see it today in store (I can't remember?). But I decided to settle with the 10 euro one since I'm in a pinch and I've been wanting a flower sundress since January... This one as you can see is LOVELY the price is a step up from my choice. It's below 20 euros I think? But I'm thinking of getting this one instead of the 10 euro one. I guess, but I'd probably try them on first to see which of these would suit me.

I just don't like buying without trying them on, I learned my lesson in that past where I would be too lazy to try them on. So instead I just went to the cashier and pay, and when I got home it wasn't as good as I thought it was. The fitting didn't suit my image and it was bad. It looked good on my hanger though~

I've been pretty much in a daze about this whole spring fashion! I mean, from denims to flower to overalls! I want them all! It's actually a first for me to want more than one thing this month. Usually I would only want one item a month. But lately there are a whole lot of things coming out this month which really are my style!

Went to Zara as well the one just beside H&M near Stephen's Green. To my luck... I saw a pair of OVERALLS!!! I fell in love!!! But it was at the rack of nearly going. So I guess that branch had it all along without me knowing... Damn... There were two pairs left I think? One plain black (which I'm contemplating of getting) and the navy with starry prints. Personally I might try the navy with star prints when I go back... I just couldn't afford to waste time today so maybe next time hopefully it's still there.

So after that rushed window shopping. I went to Mari's place today since she was sick; she has the colds. Knowing Mari as per usual her place was a complete mess, bread crumbs and what nots on the floor, dirty laundry strewn at the side as well as covering the floor. Her bed not made, her dining table full of left over food, sink greasy, oven greasy with spills of old burnt food, dish wares cleaned but not dried, refrigerator dirty, snack boxes on the floor, her boyfriend's stuff on the floor, toothbrushes in the DIRTY sink, make up everywhere... Ugh it was hell! It was messy and dirty... I used to watch this TV "How clean is your house?" I think the title was where there were these 2 old ladies trying to clean a messy, outrageous house.

Whenever I watch the show I though, what a lie... I bet they just did that on purpose, I mean who could live in such a place like that?! It's impossible, the person would at least feel very uncomfortable and at some point fix things. That's what I thought; but when I saw Mari's place... I guess I was proved wrong, her situation was like that. Ugh and don't even start with me with her toilet... Let's just leave it at that...

We went to Tesco to buy ingredients for chicken soup, because I offered to cook for her. I thought it would be really lonely to be sick on your own without anyone tending to you. Since her boyfriend was practically useless and working. Her family is way back home in Japan, whereas I'm lucky since mine is here with me. So just imagine, you sick no food but take aways... It's really unhealthy her lifestyle is full of instant foods and take aways. So I decided to cook for her today and I'm glad that she liked my cooking. It wasn't hard cooking since I like to cook for people except my family? (^A^) It was hard moving around though, since her place was cramped and messy. You just never know what you would step on. So while I was cooking she went on yapping about stuff and despite that kind of bonding.

I had fun with her and enjoyed cooking for her, we talked for hours then she claimed that she wanted to marry me right then and there since she said I will be a good wife someday and all that jazz. She even showed me her photo book of Oguri Shun that she loves truly so much. And even found out that she used to like Gackt in the past, (^0^) I told her I did too; I guess it was a part of our growing stage? He really was good looking but now he just started to age so~

All in all despite the little dilemmas in my little fashion world, overall I enjoyed the whole day. It was different yet similar at the same time.

Ribbons & Internship Glooms~

In all honesty, I feel so bummed out that I'm going back to my internship my 2 weeks off wasted away. I had a whole lot of plot bunnies that I did write down but never got to the end. Worst of all I never managed to even start the new chapter of MDS in which I originally planned to at least finish the new chapter before I go back. But I never go to it at all, which makes me feel even more grumpy.

In short I am so not looking forward for tomorrow... I would rather prefer to sit in one of the lecture halls and actually listen to any my professor than go out and do the internship... But I'll try to keep a positive attitude in mind in order for my day to at least turn out well. I do believe in the saying the when you have a positive out look in life, things turn out for the best and go your way.

Oh well~ anyways, I went to the shop yesterday of a different branch but guess what... That dress was sold out! (-3-) ugh. But it's ok, I'm actually happy that I didn't get to spend much on that day. Because whenever I spend too much it makes me feel guilty. Besides I got to meet two of my best high school friends.

We always hit it off the rocks ever since we reached high school. We were in a big group at the beginning. Mari had her own set of people who she was close to while Antonia and I were just one of those people who hung out with everybody. But now it's just us the 3 of us who remained close and got even closer.

We sat in a coffee shop and just talked for hours and hours until it was time to say good bye. It was a great day I should say so myself, I like catching up with friends from time to time since it never gets boring. It makes me giddy so much. Ah~ I miss them already, were hoping to meet up this week as well if our schedules would fit.

On the other hand, I'd like to show everyone a few things I bought for the past few weeks while I was fooling around instead of finishing the goals that I set myself. It makes me feel like I'm such a lousy person... (-.-")

Ribbon Hairband from Awear!

When I saw it I just had to have it for 8 euro which I thought was not bad at all.

I don't know when my Ribbon obsession started all I can remember is that I've been in love with these bows since my junior high school days. I must say I was mostly influenced by my friends who were really the girly girly types at that time.

I apologize for the bad quality of lighting, but this hair bow color was a really cute baby pink~

I absolutely love hair bows well anything with ribbons really. I don't recall the name of the shop where I bought this honestly. It was when I was just walking along random shops and went in to some that I saw this! There were two of them actually, the other one was silver and I REALLY REALLY did think hard on which one to buy. I was tempted to buy both but ended up buying the pink one for obvious reasons?

Whenever I have to put my hair up I always bring ribbons with me just to jazz it up and make the overall image cute! I like to let my hair down most of the times, but when I get really agitated, hot or when I feel messy I put it up. So I always bring hair ties with me with a bow of course~ (^.~)

Flower Prints & Overalls~!

Ah~ I'm getting better than I was the other day! (^o^) Now all the problem is my blocked nose. But after that no problem! But then my week off is almost over (T.T) on Monday I'm going back to my internship... Which I have mix feelings about~

Anyways~ went out today and watched Alice in Wonderland!!! I know it's really late since it's been out for a while now. But this was the only chance that I had? After being sick and all people crowding at the cinema I couldn't get a chance.

Alice in Wonderland I thought was okay. It wasn't as good as I was expecting it to be but

I guess it was alright. On the other hand Johnny Depp ♥ was amazing as per usual! The red queen (Helena Bonham Carter) was great as well!!! It's not a SUPER good movie but it was Good enough.

Although I have to say the Alice in Wonderland merchandise are cute and are really enticing to buy~ I was tempted...

Afterwards I decided to go around and look for some flower print dresses and some pair of overalls. I've been wanting dresses with flower prints even overalls yet I haven't found any just yet (-.-")

I was thinking of getting something like what Lena's wearing in this picture. Denim overalls, it seems really comfy specially add on those cute pumps and your all set! Easy and Stylish! I was thinking if I couldn't find any of the denim ones I'll settle for the flower. But I couldn't find any at all! I went to H&M, River Island and even Topshop... I guess I have to wait for a while? If not order from the internet.

I found a lot of flower printed dresses though, but the colors were to dark for me. I want a bright colored one~ Like the one from my previous post. I think have too much dark and dull colored looking clothes that I want to divert and at least mix my wardrobe this year.

I did find a mixture of light flower printed dress with lace on. But the sizes were to big for me, so I'll try and look for another one in a different branch tomorrow~ Hopefully this time they'd have my size~ (~.~)
